Julie Ecklund is the artist and baker of A Cake To Remember.

A graduate of the Academy of Art, Julie holds a BFA in Illustration and has spent many years illustrating cookbooks, textbooks, and greeting cards. Recently however, she discovered a new canvas to work on...cakes!  Now she is able to combine her love of painting, sculpting and baking, to create beautiful works of edible art. Currently Julie is specializing in custom cake toppers.
